The United Nations' Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change is once again being called to task. The conclusions of their "consensus" on Global Warming have been cast in doubt already and it has been shown that there are plenty of experts that dispute the results. Now the National Center for Policy Analysis, a nonpartisan, nonprofit research institute in Dallas has studied the math and methodolgy behind many of the IPCC's statistics and found them to be entirely faulty and not in compliance with statistical analysis norms. Edward J. Wegman of George Mason University chaired a panel of statisticians and found a great deal of problems with the methods used by the IPCC researchers. This is rather interesting because it pretty much states that the "facts" and their underlying data as the IPCC presented them are wholly incorrect. Of course this won't be in the mainstream media tonight but you can read more: |
