CompleteColorado.com: Killer immigrant had long rap sheet

Jose Hernandez-Castellanos (right) was apparently in this country illegally and despite many run-ins with the law, he was never deported. He and Benny Sitinjak (left) now face Class 3 vehicular homicide charges for their part in a vehicle accident that killed an innocent man.
Almost two weeks ago we wrote about the case of Benny Sitinjak and Jose Hernandez-Castellanos, two apparent illegal immigrants who were street racing in Aurora and crashed. The accident killed an innocent man in a third vehicle - 62 year-old Walter Oleksinski of Aurora. At that time, we said:
Immigrations and Customs Enforcement (ICE) has placed a hold on the two men. Certainly Aurora police have to hope they haven’t seen these two men before. It was just last September when another illegal immigrant, Francis Hernandez, crashed into an ice cream shop in Aurora and killed three people. Hernandez had been arrested multiple times prior and despite being in the United States illegally, was never turned over to immigration officials. He quickly became a local poster child for those demanding action on illegal immigration.
This absolutely must stop – NOW!
