Our illustrious governor, once again unable to come up with any real solution, is proposing hiking vehicle registration fees by $100.00 for roads.  This is just what real Coloradoans need – more taxes.  Oh, that's right, it isn't a tax – it is a "fee."  A tax by any other name is still a tax! 

Once again Governor Ritter has shown he and all of these "blue ribbon panels" he has created just can't keep their hands out of the taxpayer's cookie jar.
