As we reported yesterday (click here for that story), the president proposed charging veterans with service-connected injuries for their medical care.   A large furor erupted over the thought and he has wisely chosen to back down.  The mere fact this was even considered speaks volumes and highlights that maybe veterans aren’t as big of a priority for the administration as they have said we were.  Click here for the story.
