In a shocking development, NBC News of all news outlets has finally taken on President Barack Obama’s constant use of a Teleprompter and his inability to give the simplest of comments without it.  The TOTUS (Teleprompter Of The United States) has been a continual source of jokes and has made it appear the president’s supposed extraordinary public speaking ability appear to be more fiction than fact.
