Our president’s unhealthy dependency on the use of a TelePrompter (now lovingly called TOTUS) has been well documented.  President Obama has used it to give a speech in an elementary school classroom and found himself unable to properly pronounce ‘corpsman’ while reading from it. 

When he goes without his beloved electronic crutch, it becomes rather apparent that his reputation as a great orator is certainly overstated as was evidenced during a press conference when he said ‘uh’ or ‘um’ more than 180 times.
