Nancy Pelosi and her follow Californian Barbara Boxer are sometimes just too easy to pick at.  Both of them provide an endless array of soundbites that are absolutely comical.  Pelosi provided a great one this past Sunday when she proclaimed on CNN, “A bill can be bipartisan even though the votes might not be bipartisan.”  

Huh?
