Slurred speech, stuttering, exaggerated gestures.  Sounds like at least some symptoms of someone being drunk and Senator Max Baucus (D – Montana) had all of them while giving a floor speech about health care last week.  Pretty odd.  Drudge has picked up the video so Baucus will no doubt have to address the issue – it will be interesting to see what he has to say.
